Chapters and regional bodies are important components of the CCIM Institute's overall organization. For that reason, 57 chapters and 12 regions have been established throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in Asia and Mexico

Online Portfolio Submission
CCIM Candidates are now able to submit the Portfolio of Qualifying Experience Online. The PowerPoint presentation listed below is available for use in Portfolio workshops. Also available is an Online Portfolio Submission Flyer for Chapters to use in marketing the Online Portfolio to Candidates. A list of Online Portfolio Submission Criteria to assist the Chapter in advising Candidates complete the Online Portfolio Submission is included below.

Chapter Recommendation Authorized Representatives
Download the list of chapter officers and/or authorized representatives from each chapter to assist with your required chapter recommendation. Find your local chapter on the list and contact the representative(s) to start the process. If a contact is not listed for your chapter, please contact chaptercoordinator@cciminstitute.com and we will work with you to determine the appropriate chapter contact.

Licensed Course Delivery

Sister Chapter Program
Through CCIM’s International Sister Chapter Program, U.S. and International chapters and groups can exchange information about commercial real estate laws and regulations in their country, share business opportunities and increase their intercultural awareness.
Equipped with the ideas gained and the knowledge shared in these alliances, members of these chapters will understand and be better prepared to capitalize on opportunities in the global marketplace.
