CE Credit - Maryland Notes

  • Elective credit for Broker, Sales and Appraisal CE.
  • For Appraisal Pre-license, a passing exam is required.
  • If the course is taken in Maryland, no CE credit is given. If the course is taken in another state, the student must submit the CE verification certificate directly to the state for approval.
  • Continuing education credit is approved for CI Intro and CI 101 courses taken Maryland. The Maryland/DC CCIM Chapter will provide all verification for in-state CI Intro and CI 101 courses. For further details, contact the chapter at (301)924-0633.
