CCIM Business Forms

The CCIM business forms, used in all CCIM designation courses, are tools top real estate professionals use to calculate property cash flows.

Included here are the DCF Analysis form -- a compilation of the Annual Property Operating form (APOD), Cash Flow Analysis form (CFAW), and the Alternative Cash Sales Worksheet (ACSW) and the current CCIM Financial Calculator. These forms were developed in template format in Excel. All calculations and carries are done by the spreadsheet. You only need to enter data for the entries which have corresponding entry lines.
