An estimated $3 billion in equity and debt flowed through the Tenant in Common (TIC) marketplace during the first half of 2005. And, up to 60 public sponsors of TIC programs will be looking to buy properties and to raise equity during the balance of 2005 and into 2006. This session will cover acquisition strategies of TIC sponsors and provide insight on working with sponsors who sell their interests as securities or as real estate. Gene Trowbridge has been actively involved in the commercial and investment real estate industry since 1975. Rick Brown is senior vice president with Sheer Partners, a diversified Rockville, Maryland firm, and has more than 25 years of investment brokerage experience.
