"Back-Of-The-Napkin" Pro Forma

Perhaps you’ve jotted down some figures during lunch to get a general perspective on market pricing for a piece of property. This informal approach to valuating property can be a great first step. In this session, you’ll learn how to use Excel worksheets to take both a “front door” and “back door” approach to creating a pro forma. Excel-based analytics from CI 102 will be used.
