Practice Focus
Mr. Radowich has comprehensive experience in estate planning and administration. His across-the-board capabilities include preparation of wills and trusts; all estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer and charitable giving tax planning issues; IRS audits; life and disability insurance planning; and related corporate, partnership, individual and fiduciary income tax matters. Mr. Radowich has also concentrated in recent years in business continuity planning for closely held businesses, assisting the family's senior generation to perpetuate the business into succeeding generations and/or key employees, or to sell the business to outsiders, with a minimum of taxes.
