Steven Craig Eisenshtadt, CCIM, of Friedman Real Estate Group in Farmington, Mich., and a partner represented Schoolhouse Finance in the $7 million sale of 78,529 sf of office space in Southfield, Mich., to Edison Oakland Public School Academy.

Chris Runyen, CCIM, of Charles Dunn Co. in Los Angeles represented Cox Reps in the 10-year, $7 million lease of 20,530 sf of office space in Los Angeles from Equity Office.

Alex Ruggieri, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness in Champaign, Ill., and a partner brokered the $2.6 million purchase of a 143,120-sf shopping center in Champaign from Wells Fargo Bank.

Richard H. Swift, CCIM, of NAI Clarksville in Clarksville, Tenn., represented an undisclosed seller in the $2.1 million sale of a 26,000-sf retail property in Clarksville to the FWJR Partnership.

Gina M. Hensley, CCIM, of Presidia Real Estate Group represented Charley’s NC in the 10-year, more than $1.6 million lease of a 6,833-sf retail space in Charlotte, N.C., from Bell Partners.

Paul Natalizio, CCIM, of Cornerstone Realty Consultants in Malden, Mass., and a partner arranged the $3.9 million financing of 18 apartment units in Brookline, Mass., for an undisclosed buyer. Natalizio and the same partner also arranged the $2.8 million financing of an 8-unit apartment development in Boston for an undisclosed borrower.

Brad A. Cox, CCIM, of Thomas D. Wood and Co. in Sarasota, Fla., arranged the $2.5 million financing of an 80,581-sf office building in Norcross, Ga., for Oakbrook Plaza.
