LaTonya Davenport
Chapter/Region Manager
LaTonya manages the licensed delivery education program including all sales and service functions. Specifically, LaTonya encourages chapters and other sponsors to work together in course scheduling. Together with the Director of Region/Chapter Services and the Business Analyst, they analyze the marketplace and ensure that courses are adequately scheduled. She oversees all day-to-day communication with course sponsors/chapters and responds to all inquiries and requests. Furthermore, LaTonya manages all domestic and International course invoicing and payments by working with sponsor/chapter to finalize registration counts and provide final course rosters, prepares monthly course invoices and maintains the course revenue grid.
