R. Scott Lavick
As Senior Business Analyst, Scott utilizes the association management software and Microsoft Access to generate accurate queries and generate effective marketing and sales reports. He also utilizes internal and outside data sources to create and map customer demographic and purchase data. Scott creates analysis and reports on the results. Scott creates and run data exception reports to identify inconsistencies in the database. Assist in the process to rectify errors in database records. Additionally, Scott establishes and maintains a system of tracking marketing campaign effectiveness. He flowcharts work process steps and present findings.
