Excel workbooks used in some CCIM Core Courses can be downloaded and saved for future use. Click here to reach the download page.

Instructions for Downloading: The links on the pages above connect directly to the files on our server. The files are in Word97, Excel97, PowerPoint, and PDF. For Word97, Excel, and PowerPoint files, simply click on the linked file and follow your computer's prompts to open and/or save the file to a directory on your computer (be sure to remember the directory in which it is saving the files and the names it gives them). You will need to use Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files; use this link to download the free Acrobat Reader if you do not already have it on your computer. (PDF files are noted on the resource pages; all others are Excel or Word files.) Note: If this download procedure doesn't work on your computer, right-click on the link to save the file directly to your computer.

Laptop computers: Laptop computers are strongly recommended for use in CI 101 102, CI 103, and CI 104. In class you'll receive ExcelŽ spreadsheets that will help you solve the class activities in the courses and for use on the final exam.  For additional information on technology requirements, click here.

Financial calculators: The CCIM reference manuals illustrate the keystrokes of the Hewlett-Packard 10BII, an inexpensive financial calculator. However, if you wish to bring another financial calculator that you are familiar with, you may do so. Be sure to review its functions before class since the manuals only use the HP-10BII.

Both Hewlett-Packard and Texas Instruments have posted reference guides for their calculators on their web sites. See the sites below if you have any questions on a particular calculator. You can even purchase the calculators through these sites.
